The Barn has a modern open plan lounge kitchen dining room, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, two bathrooms with separate bath and shower, and a downstairs WC.

Ground Floor

The whole of the downstairs has slate floors with underfloor heating. Much of the character of the original building has been retained through the exposed stone walls and imaginative use of the original features of the barn.

The open plan lounge/dining room has a wood burning stove, ample seating, dining table and chairs for 8. It also has a wall mounted 37" Panasonic Plasma TV with Sky (basic package), DVD player and iPod docking station,

The kitchen is well equipped with large American-style refrigerator, integrated dishwasher, electric oven and hob with extractor hood to the outside, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is ample storage space and worktop area.

The utility room houses the oil-fired central heating boiler and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer (with external vent).

The downstairs cloakroom has toilet and washbasin.

The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has full bath, large separate shower, washbasin and toilet.

First Floor

Bedroom two has a king-size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom three has two sets of bunk beds (one set 6'3" and the other 6') that give flexibility to the accommodation. They can be used as a twin room or for up to four children.

Family Bathroom has large shower enclosure, washbasin, toilet and free standing bath.

Linen and towels : Duvets, pillows, linen for all beds and towels are supplied.

Electricity and Heating: Included in rental rate.

Wireless Broadband: Free wireless broadband.

Parking: Ample parking available.

There is a patio at the back with an enclosed garden area. In addition, there is a west facing walled area at the front with seating which catches the sun in the latter part of the day.

Changeover Day: Weekly lets ; Friday Departure before 9:30AM and arrival after 4:30PM Short Breaks ; as agreed in advance.
