The property sleeps 12 people in 6 bedrooms. The sixth twin bedroom is downstairs off the lounge. The kitchen table seats 12 people and there is plenty of room in the living accommodation for people to relax.

Ground Floor: Utility room, large fitted farmhouse kitchen with inglenook fireplace, separate family room with TV/Video and stereo, shower/toilet with slate floor and power shower, main lounge with widescreen TV, Video and DVD with 'Freeview' and gas fire, leading to a twin bedroom.

First Floor: Twin bedroom, bathroom/toilet, double bedroom, 2 further twin bedrooms

Second Floor/Loft: Spectacular en-suite master bedroom with King Size bed and views across Whitesands Bay to St David's Head to the North and Ramsey Island to the West.

Garden: Landscaped area with well (safe for children) leading to large mature walled garden - this area is completely walled in and safe for children to play.

Games Room: The old milking shed backing on to the walled garden has been recently converted and upgraded into a sunny spacious and heated games room with full size Pool Table (freeplay),table Football. table tennis and darts as well as a large garden version of "Jenga". The Games Room is limited to 11:00PM by power.

Parking: In purpose built car park immediately to the rear of the house for several cars.

Pets: Sorry, our guests have indicated they would prefer it if we didn't allow pets.

Heating: Full (oil fired) central heating. inglenook wood burner in kitchen and coal effect gas fire in main lounge - All included in published rates.

Facilities: Widescreen TV in lounge (inc.video and DVD) with Freeview, TV/Video in family room and portable TV in kitchen, 2 stereo systems with CD/cassette and radio, portable CD/Radio, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge x 2, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, BarBQ and garden furniture

Linen: Duvets, pillows, linen for all beds and towels are supplied.

For children: There are two high chairs and travel cots in the house

Electricity: Included in rental rate.

Changeover Day: Weekly lets ; Sunday Departure before 9:30AM and arrival after 4:30PM Short Breaks ; as agreed in advance.
