Directions to Treleddyn Farmhouse Luxury Accommodation St Davids
Our lovely farmhouse accommodation is very near St Davids, Pembrokeshire. The holiday cottages themselves are actually about 400m from Porthselau beach. Click here for a map of our exact location.
An 870-mile public path in Wales, which will stretch along the entire of the country’s coastline, has been chosen as the world’s greatest region in a best-in-travel 2012 guide. You can walk the St Davids Peninsular and take in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
But the completion of the All Wales Coast Path, due to be finished early next year, has been thrown into doubt by the objection of gypsies on the route, who say it invades their privacy.
Despite the objections, Lonely Planet put the path ahead of competitors like the Ruta Maya in Central America and the Maritime Provinces in Canada as the world’s greatest region for its Best in Travel 2012 guide. Read more about the Welsh Coastal Path
There are a number of ways to reach us but the majority of our guests come to us by road. For directions from your exact location we recommend typing ‘St David’s’ into a route-finder like ‘The AA’.

Directions by Road:
If you are travelling from London to the City of St Davids the first part of your journey should be pretty straightforward. Follow the M4 out of London all the way to junction 48 (remember some money for the bridge!). If you are travelling from the North of England you have a number of options. The easiest is to follow the M6 and then the M5 until you meet the M4.
Wherever you join the M4 you will need to follow it until junction 48 when it becomes the A48. Follow this to Carmarthen at which point it becomes the A48. Follow signs for St Clears along the A40 and then at the St Clears roundabout take the A40 to Fishguard / Haverfordwest. From here it should take you about 30 minutes to reach Haverfordwest.
When you reach Haverfordwest you need to follow signs for the A487 to St David’s. You will come to 3 roundabouts in Haverfordwest. At each one follow signs for St David’s. Once you are out the other side of Haverfordwest you will drive through Pelcomb Cross, Simpson Cross, Roch, Newgale, Pen Y Cwm, Solva and Nine Wells. When you get to St David’s follow the road ahead into the town center.
When you pass the cross on your right you need to take the road straight down the hill rather than following the road round to the right. You should pass ‘The Farmers Arms’ on your right after about 100 yards. After a further 150 yards you will need to take a sharp right hand turn which is signposted to ‘St Justinian’. At the bottom of this short road turn left towards St Justinian.
Follow this road past the ‘Bishops Palace’, a turning on your left and a red gate. Very soon you will see a small stone cottage on your right. Immediately after this cottage take a right down the bridleway. Very soon after turning down here you will see a sign on the left for ‘Treleddyn Farm’. Make your way through the farm buildings until you see a farmhouse on the left with a white grouted roof. This is the Lower Treleddyn Farmhouse. The main entrance is at the rear of the property along with parking space for several cars.
It is possible to get to us using public transport. Haverfordwest and Fishguard train stations are only 20 minute from St David’s. National Express coaches also go to Haverfordwest bus station. From either Haverfordwest or Fishguard you will need to get a Taxi. We recommend using Tony’s Taxis.
